Subterráneos de Buenos Aires carries out a construction work plan, projecting a new network that will provide our city engine for effective communication and size of investments will contribute to economic revival.

The proposed plan includes the construction of three new lines: F, G and I, and termination of the H line, already under way.

The construction of each line was divided in 2 stages: the first phase will have a length of 29.4 km. and the second phase of 16.3 km.

With the integral plan the network will have a total length of 106.8 km., more than the double of the current one.

"Article 3 .- Authorize the Executive Power, through Subterráneos de Buenos Aires Sociedad del Estado (SBASE) to make the calls to Public Bidding for the construction of subway lines F, G, I and corresponding works for the Line H. Authorizing the Executive Power to make contributions of the total value of investment for buildings above, which include all the necessary infrastructure plus the rolling stock to ensure this public service."

Article 2.- Amend Article 4 of Act 670, which reads as follows:

"Artículo 4°.- The Executive Power, Subterráneos de Buenos Aires Sociedad del Estado (SBASE), may provide for whether the services or carry out the calls for Public Licitations for the operation of the F, G, H and I Lines, through the mechanisms of granting or management."

Article 3.- Amend Article 5 of Law 670 which reads as follows:

"Article 5 .- The fare will be unique to travel across the network, including existing lines and to build ones, besides from the travel between any combination of them, regardless of the companies or entities that operate. If the rate of this public service fails to cover operating costs and maintenance, the Executive Power may propose to the Legislature of the Buenos Aires Autonomous City a policy of subsidies to the fare. The regulator of Public Utilities will analyze the basis for calculating the tariff system, as established by Law No. 210."

Article 4.- Modifícase el artículo 7° de la ley 670, el cual quedará redactado de la siguiente manera:

"Article 7: Creating the joint commission to monitor the licitation and construction work of the project to be developed by the Executive Power, through its society Subterráneos de Buenos Aires Sociedad del Estado (SBASE) to be bi-monthly reported to the Legislature on their progress and execution from entry into force of this document. The committee shall comprise two representatives of Subterráneos de Buenos Aires Sociedad del Estado (SBASE) and seven legislators. The commission must develop quarterly meetings with workers' representatives from subways and with consumer associations and users. The Budget Act shall determine the funds to allocate to this committee, which will allow rely on the advice of specialists for the development of their tasks."
